Reconstitute 1 pound of this medicated milk replacer in 1 gallon of water to provide 200 milligrams of oxytetracycline and 400 milligrams of neomycin base per gallon of milk replacer.
For Prevention
Mix 1.67 pounds (26.7 ounces) of NT Med Pack with 50 pounds of dry, non-medicated milk replacer or feed ingredients to make a Type C medicated milk replacer containing drug levels as indicated below:
Oxytetracycline ................................................................................ 200 grams/ton (100 mg/lb)
Neomycin Base ................................................................................ 400 grams/ton (200 mg/lb)
Reconstitute 1 pound of this medicated milk replacer in 1 gallon of water to provide 100 milligrams of oxytetracycline and 200 milligrams of neomycin base per gallon of milk replacer.

Agri-Best NT Med Pack is a concentrated source of Oxytetracycline and Neomycin that can be added to non-medicated milk replacer to a medicated milk replacer. Depending on the usage rate, NT Med Pack provides prevention or treatment of bacterial enteritis, commonly known as scours.
