Holly joined Strauss Feeds in November 2025, bringing more than 25 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across the manufacturing, healthcare, and service industries. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about streamlining processes, strengthening teams, and building collaborative environments where people can grow and succeed.

Holly appreciates the family-oriented culture at Strauss Feeds and enjoys working alongside a dedicated team committed to continuous improvement and the company’s long-term success.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, and friends, traveling, and creating lasting memories. She has also enjoyed giving back to the Watertown community through volunteering with local youth sports and school organizations.
